Change A 1999 626 Radiator

Instructions


1. Lift the hood. Remove the air cleaner and the air duct to help the Emigration of the radiator. Remove the plastic top embrace by removing the 10mm bolts using the corresponding magnitude socket. Void the radiator in the void pan. Remove the upper and lower radiator hoses.


2. Disconnect the electrical connector on the radiator fans. Remove the bolts securing the radiator fans to the radiator, using a 10mm socket. Loosen and remove the two transmission cooler lines on the side of the radiator using a wrench. Remove the 10mm bolts securing the radiator to the support using a 10mm socket.4. Tilt the top of the radiator toward the engine enough to remove the screws securing the air conditioning condenser to the radiator.


Lift the radiator fans out of the engine compartment. Pull off the radiator overflow hose from beneath the radiator cap.3.


Use the appropriate size socket. Lift the radiator out of the engine compartment.


5. Install the new radiator in reverse order of removal. Fill with a 50/50 mix of antifreeze and water.
