Instructions


1. Unscrew the steering trundle shroud with a Phillips purpose screwdriver. Part both the top and the backside shroud off the steering wheel.


2. Locate the small pin hole at the back of the ignition cylinder toward the bottom. There will be a small pin hole at the back of the cylinder.Turn the ignition key to the "on" position. Push a small screwdriver or hard wire in to the hole.7. Start the truck to ensure it starts with the new cylinder.



4. Place the new key in to the new ignition cylinder and turn the key to the "on" position. Push the cylinder in to position. The cylinder will lock in to place once it is pushed in far enough.


5. Push the wiring back on to the back of the ignition cylinder. It will lock in place.


6. Place the steering wheel shroud over and under the steering column. Tighten the shroud together with a Phillips head screwdriver.


This will release the cylinder to come out.3. Disconnect the wiring at the back of the cylinder. Pull the cylinder out of the steering column.
