The 1987 Ford Thunderbird Turbo Coupe was the redesigned and restyled, top-of-the-line, ninth-generation T-bird representation. The aerodynamically improved personal luxury van won the Engine Trend Machine of the Year award. The Turbo Coupe was built from 1983 until 1988.
