There is a mounting bracket midway down the tubing and another bracket at the air box end of the intake. Use the factory mounting screws and a socket wrench (10 mm, for most Cavaliers) to secure the intake tubing at these locations.
Slide the tubing over the throttle body, and secure it to the throttle body with the hose clamp on the end of the intake tubing. Turn the screw on the hose clamp clockwise with a screwdriver until the tubing is tight on the end of the throttle body.
