Boat owners in nearly every authority are required to demonstration their boat's registration character prominently on the vessel. The numbers are generally displayed in 3-inch characters on the bow of the vessel on the Harbour and starboard side. Adhesive vinyl is an alternative to emulsion and can be removed whether the boat needs a distemper career or falls under late ownership. You can determine it yourself with materials you may already get on fist.
Instructions
1. Occupation a hair dryer or heat gun approximately 6 inches from the boat. Whether your heat source has a directional attachment lay it on the point so you are able to manage the heat.
2. Care for the setting on low and move the dryer back and forth to soften the vinyl. As the vinyl softens peel it from the boat.4. Apply adhesive remover such as Goo Gone, available at most retailers, to remove any leftover glue.
If you can't peel it by hand use a plastic ice scraper to lift the vinyl.3. Grip the vinyl close to the surface and pull down while still applying heat, being careful not to melt the vinyl and scorch the boat surface.
