8. Place another clamp onto the rear of the muffler exit pipe. Place the tailpipe into the muffler exit pipe and tighten the clamp hand tight. Make sure the tailpipe is installed over the rear axle of your F-150 truck.


9. Place another clamp on the end of the tailpipe and insert the tip into the tailpipe. Tighten the clamp hand tight.


10. Make the necessary adjustments to the exhaust system to line the exhaust components up. Tighten the clamps using a ratchet and socket starting with the front of the vehicle and working to the rear.
